This is the SAUCE for Chinese restaurant style sesame chicken and broccoli.
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoons basic chicken stock or water (Basic Chicken Stock)
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
heat a dry skillet gently over low heat and dry-roast the sesame seeds for 1 to 2 minutes. placed the sesame seeds in a spice grinder or food processor with the chicken stock or water and grind to a paste. mix in the remaining ingredients and serve with any seafood dish.
